As for as his experience goes he must have performed at least 40 thousand cardiac procedures involving not only heart vessels but also vessels of the brains leg and lungs. He has pioneered many advanced procedures in this region. To name a few he is the first cardiologist to start all intentional procedures from minimal invasive technique for all type of angiographies and stent implantation via radial route (Day care Cath) making life of patient very comfortable. To give longevity to implanted stent he is one of the very few cardiologist who is doing intravascular ultrasound guided stent implantation. IVUS is the only scientifically proved technique where by stent can be implanted at perfect place, in perfect size and in perfect portion to artery size, which leads to decrease heart Attack by 30%. He is a specific premotor of “PRIMARY ANGIOPLASTY”, where by stent is implanted imminently during Heart attack. This leads to saving a precious life called as “stent for life.” He does not hold back his hand from performing complex procedures like rotational atherectomy where by even bony hard vessels can be treated without surgery. He is expert in performing peacemaker implantation, venous intervention for varicose veins and prostate artery embolization for benign hyper trophy of prostate.
He loves educating public for prevention of heart diseases by his numerous lecturers and u tube videos. His message to public is “BE HEART SMART” by taking care of your heart with regular exercise, diet control, blood pressure control, sugar control and stopping smoking.
